You run the jobs in Jobber. We’ll pull the permits.
Permitio takes the job details out of Jobber, finds the right jurisdiction, files the permit, and clears the corrections — so nobody in your office spends another afternoon in a city portal.

Book a 15-minute callPermits are the part of the job Jobber can’t schedule away
Every jurisdiction runs its own portal, forms, and fees. The review clock is rarely the delay — the manual work around it is.
Jurisdiction lookup, forms, portal accounts, uploads, payment, follow-up. At a loaded office rate that usually costs more than the permit fee itself.
Pay-as-you-go. The jurisdiction fee is passed through at cost — no markup, no subscription, no minimum.
Corrections and rejections are ours to clear. You find out when it is approved, not when it is stuck.
How it works with Jobber
1. Send us the job
Connect Jobber or just forward the job. We pull the address, job type, and equipment details — nothing to re-key.
2. We find the right jurisdiction
City or unincorporated county, the correct portal, the current forms and fee schedule. This is the part that eats your office hours.
3. We file it
A real person prepares and submits the application, pays the jurisdiction fee, and clears any corrections that come back.
4. You get the permit + status
Approval, inspection dates, and permit numbers land back with you so your crew can be scheduled with confidence.

I've been working with Permitio for a bit now, and honestly it's been super smooth. Guys are fast, permits get turned around quick, and I don't have to chase the city or deal with back-and-forth. That alone is a big win.
Questions Jobber users ask
Do I have to connect my Jobber account?
No. Connecting Jobber means job details flow in automatically, but plenty of contractors start by just sending us the job. Either way works — you can start with a single permit and see how it goes.
What does it cost?
Most permits are $25–100 depending on the jurisdiction and complexity, and we confirm the exact price before we file. The jurisdiction fee is separate and passed through at cost. No upfront fee, no subscription, no contract.
Which permits do you file?
HVAC and mechanical, electrical, plumbing, water heater, solar, battery, EV charger, and panel upgrades — residential and light commercial.
Which cities do you cover?
Anywhere in the US. We are deepest in California, Texas, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, Georgia, and Washington, and we regularly file first-time permits in jurisdictions we have not seen before — that is the point of the service.
How fast is it?
We typically file within one business day of getting the job. After that the clock is the jurisdiction’s — straightforward replacement permits are often issued same-day to a few days, while anything with plan review runs longer. You will see the status either way.
